maybe continuity of government kicks in indefinitely, us military can't deploy on domestic soil to quell riots from famine, BLM, antifa, civil war type skirmishes, so (of course) UN troops are called up primarily consisting of Chinese, Russian.
or none of that. but you can COUNT on famine becoming a problem, and PART of famine is just the COST of food rising beyond peoples means.
