They are so realistic I believe I have been having a conversation with my Mrs. and she'll tell me no, I had instead been asleep. It's actually a little disquieting as it makes me wonder if some memories are dreams or visions. Fleetwood Mac was right when Stevie Nicks sang "...I keep my visions to myself." That is my arm now; broken for 7 months User ID: 75684752 United States 10/12/2020 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The best are the 'instant' dreams--where I close my eyes and in seconds I am flying miles over an unspoiled Earth, the only sentient being on the planet deciding where to place rivers, mountains, and the beginnings of man. Then I'll go back to the dream another day and move a river a few miles to see how it makes life play out this time with that change. Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

Having health issues limits this, so that when I'm given something as a warning or to remember it really stands out. My son has been doing zenmind, day time meditations and he's had some really clear and interesting dreams. Just recently Glastonbury Tor, he was standing on the towers, actually walked in them and had a crush on a girl who worked there, but she just wanted to be friends, in the dream. It wasn't a mound, it was an island surrounded by water, not a verdant valley as it currently is. He could see what he called The Avalonians, that lived underneath the tower in inner earth civilizations. They were blue skinned humans and he knew they were deeply spiritual people, he called them the most spiritually group on earth. He said this is where King Arthur went to seek healing. And believed they had a portal there. The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist. The state tries to convince everyone they cannot resist. Do not go quietly into the good night. If I wake up, then go back to bed, when I wake up again later on, I've forgotten what I dreamt. I dream intensely. There's much interaction in the world I exist in in that dream. I believe I travel to alternate dimensions when I'm asleep. User ID: 75633318 United States 10/12/2020 10:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I had my first lucid dream few months ago and I still haven’t forgotten it. I realized in the dream I was dreaming and I remember smelling the air and fresh mowed lawn and taking in all the sensations fully aware it was a dream. And I was more focused on colors and smells and analyzing the dream rather than doing something fun with it which pisses me off. I could have banged a super model but no. I wanna go smell cut grass. Sigh. Anyway - it still exists in my memory somehow that stuck with me. Never happened before or since. Normally my dreams are gone in seconds. I won’t even remember I had one by lunch |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79475134 Hungary 10/12/2020 10:37 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, every night. It fades fast though most days but I remember it all right when I wake up. By the time I’m eating breakfast I can hardly remember any of them. Quoting: Lover_Girl Ditto that. I wake up remembering them but as the day gets started I forget them quickly. Maybe, you should try keeping a dream diary - the more you use one, the more you train your brain to remember your dream. I lucid dream often and, during dream, I will notice something and repeat it over and over to myself in order to be able to remember it. So, I'm dreaming, but at the same time I'm completely lucid, talking to myself, reminding myself to memorise this or that in order to be able to write it down when I waken up, but I know fully and completely that I'm actually asleep and dreaming. I couldn't always do this, but the ability came gradually once I started keeping a dream diary. |

The earliest dream i can recollect was around 1982 when i had a vivid dream of being shot with a musket from across a field in slow motion and it hitting my chest, me dying and floating upwards looking down on my dead body as i awoke..... I was maybe 15 yrs old at the time. I still get crazy and vivid dreams now but rarely do i remember the entire dream, just snippets of info or images etc |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 79480028 United States 10/12/2020 10:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I believe that the general premise of the dream state being that you do not always remember your "here," yet you do remember dreaming when you wake up shows that this might be more real. Until you get into other "theories." |

They stuck with me for some reason. But other than I rarely ever remember dreams, that is up until the past few months. I have been having extremely weird and vivid dreams. The weirdest one I had lately happened about 2 months ago. I was standing in a desert with a sea of other people. Millions and millions of other people. The desert was glowing a deep bluish/purple color. We were all looking up at the sky at another earth that looked identical to ours. It was huge like it was in our atmosphere. Then it started to "glitch" and pixelate before it started moving further and further away from us. Until it just faded out. Then I woke up. BTC - bc1qwpwj8up7m7plt5dkput9tatzz0smwl62q6trmn |
