It would appear that is what they're doing. It's a temporary closure but it is indefinite. I can't assume it makes much business sense to have a high end oyster bar open in Gran Central Terminal right now.

The people that would be frequenting your oyster bar are working from home and are not passing by on their way home from the office - or while they're out for lunch. If your main customer isn't around to purchase your goods, and you're not mobile, closing down makes the most sense.

So?

If your business is 107 yo, it doesn't mean that it should survive.

Adapt to the times or die. Did they do online orders and delivery, for instance?
