Figured I had to post this. Anyone else have an experience?

Could you do a TLDR or at least break that down into paragraphs......I got to the rock chip part and gave up.

A few weeks ago, wifey and I are getting ready to go on a bike ride, and when I walked outside, I turned to the car to get my sunglasses, and I noticed an inch round rock chip on the front cowling of her car right under the headlight on drivers side. On the bottom 7 o'clock position, I could see where the rock had hit. It knocked the paint off right down to the black plastic underneath, with visible layers where it hit, and on the 1 o'clock position, I could get my mail underneath it, and could have flaked it off even more.


She came out the house to got to the garage, and I took her by the shoulders, and pointed her in the direction of the car, and she saw it from 30 foot away. Not happy. So I go into work where I also bought it and the warranty from, and talked with finance cuz I know I got all the dent and ding and other stuff, and of course chips aren't covered. Go figure. I'm now looking at a near $400 expense just under my deductable. So a few days later, she's off, so I get to drive it again, and I take it in for a software update that has to be done manually. I park the vehicle outside service entrance, and turn back to throw the keys back into it. Well, wouldn't you know? There is no chip. Hmmmm.... I take a pic and send it to wifey, and it doesn't set in with her until she sees it in person. I ask business mgr if I talked with him about this, and he says I already told you it's not covered...I said, but I did talk with you about it? Yes I did. Get home, show wifey, have a discussion. She almost blew a fuse trying to figure it out. I was happy and eager to accept the most implausible answer was not only plausible, but happened.


It did happen. There was a rock chip. More than one person saw this. More than 5 people were told it happened. The rock chip is no longer there. We were not on peyote. The very same bug splat is still right above the (once)affected area.


So it did happen. It just begs so many questions. My rusty car was parked right in front of it-why not fix mine? Why not any other of the millions of rock chips on cars?
It takes directed intelligence and effort to create order out of chaos. It takes no more than a tire throwing up a rock to create chaos from an orderly state. It doesn't just happen, so it had to be intentional, right? And if there was intention behind restoring the molecular order on the paint on the bumper, then for what purpose? Is it even about me? Did this get corrected as a by-product of putting the real intended whatever back to its purposeful path? If so, that leads to some real conversations there. If it is intended for us specifically, then what message am I to gather and share from it? The knowledge can't just be for me? Interdimentional beings? Demon's trying to trick me? Just a nice because-i-wanted-to? I mean seriously. How can this be explained other than some other intelligence doing it?


Love to hear what you all think, and hear if anyone has similar weird happenings?

Not the other side of car. Not the wrong vehicle. Not imagining it. Not out of our site or possession long enough to take it to get repaired.

I have my answers, but am hoping for a little more input beyond assuming I'm crazy or a larper.

Looking for the TV remote.

One morning I was just looking for the TV remote in the living room. Had it the night before.

I searched for probably and hour....went to the kitchen, the bedroom, the bath room.

I lifted the cushions on the couch.... You get the idea.

I finally give up and go on about my day and left the house for a couple of hours.

I come back and pass by the couch and there it was...as pretty as you please, laying right on the couch cushion in plain sight.

Talk about a head scratcher and making you question your sanity. lol

I have my own explanations for things like this too. I've got all kinds of cool stories and happenings that lets me know without a shadow of a doubt that the Universe is a totally interactive, and responsive force, that responds to our thoughts, actions and beliefs. to say the least.

Anyway, I loved your story... what's your explanations for such things?

Try this story about 8 years ago

Our family has been through a lot. Medical/child. Very very hard time and still is. So let’s get on with it.

I had a back bottom molar that seemed to be rotting from the inside. I was worried about it and kept putting off going to the dentist. No pain.

One day after a bite, the tooth cracked into pieces all the way to the gum lining. Looked in the mirror and I could see some of the tooth and of course the root was still intact. Still no pain.

A few weeks later by my surprise the gum lining grew over and enclosed the remaining tooth. I remember thinking well crap I will have to get this cut and pulled out, going to suck and I was scaredy-cat.

Finally went to the dentist. Told him one one tooth needed some work on and I told him the story of what happened to the molar. He said no problem, we will take an X-ray and check it out.


So he comes back with the xrays and says the plan of action for the other cavity tooth. Next he said, are you ready now. I said yes, but what about the other tooth? He said” I looked on the X-ray and I did not see any tooth left inside” and was kind of acting weird to me after I insisted what happened.

What how this could be. I asked the dentist. I did not have it pulled, could it have dissolved in my gums? He laughed at me and said no, now let’s fix that other tooth.

What????????? I laid there stunned while he repaired the cavity.


I asked my wife when I got home. She could not believe it. Obviously she seen the cracked tooth and of course I showed her when it enclosed.

Still to this day, I do not understand what happened. And yes I believe there was some supernatural intervention at the time. During this same time, my sole focus was on the health of my son. The reason I kept putting off the dentist. We were under a lot of stress, probably year 5 at that point. I had no concern for my health at the time, all focus on my son.

“Something” removed the root and the remaining molar out of my mouth. And it was not at any dentist office.

So yes to this day I have one molar tooth missing with a gap. Xrays to prove nothing there and no proof of how it was removed.

interdimensional beings... nope something far more mundane. You had a piece of dirt, black paper or black mud or black plastic on your car that to your eyes looked just like the paint had chipped right off... But after some rain washed it away its good as new again.

I cant fathom why you would jump to possibly the most statistically unlikely event in all of human history. An inter-dimensional demon on a unicorn performing some quantum level operation on your cars paintwork as some kind of secret message about your life path...
WTF!

Wow! I can't keep up. So many stories could use their own thread. I see a religious direction in quite a bit of the comments, and although I had not intended this to be a religious or preachy thread,

I do have to add that I have developed my own personal relationship with the One True God-Holy Father and benevolent being are who I pray to. I have had direct intervention a few times where I was picked up, brushed off, and patted on the butt hearing move along, not this time. I know who I'm praying to. It is a solid, true, and unwavering relation. And I get real answers in many forms beyond words. Not always when I want, but generally always. What happened with the car is more a question than answer, or an answer looking for the logical Jeopardy question.

Oh, ye of little braincells....kindly explain why psychosis is the answer, or kindly fuck off.

We both physically touched it.

Ha! My mother just told me a story that I didn't remember from when I was a little kid - we walked to the PX (commissary on military base) because my dad took the car to work every day. So we came out and my mom saw the car and was so happy - oh look your dad has come to give us a ride home! So we got in the car and she was all excited to wait and see him when a women got in and started screaming at us to get out of her car. My mother thought it was such a funny misunderstanding and couldn't stop laughing but the woman couldn't see that it was just a mistake and continued screaming at us until we were down the road.

Geez.

I lost 15 years.
But wow, the photos prove I had an awesome time.

I've had many events in my life where a miracle occurred that spared my life.

One was:
I was climbing up a V shaped crack and using a small old rope for assistance that had been used before. My friend who was small, weighing about 40lbs less than I had already reached the top and told me not to put too much weight on the rope.

I was up about 30' and almost to the top. I reached for the top with one hand and the other on the rope. I heard the rope begin to break and time stood still. Absolutely still. I then slowly began to fall back in very slow motion. I had a full pack on.

Below the 30' drop was a small ledge and below that was a 60' cliff. I somehow knew in that moment that I could not fall face toward the rocks ...I knew I had to spin around 180 degrees. Everything moved extremely slowly except my own conscious actions. I spun 180 degrees in the air and looking down I could see little out-juts of the rocks that I could hit with my boot to slow me down.

Time was in slow motion as I carefully directed my boots to hit certain places. I hit about 4 of those while falling which slowed my descent. I planted perfectly on the little 2'X4' ledge and went all the way down to my butt. It was a very hard landing, but nothing was broken as I looked below me at the 60' drop that I had avoided.

My friend screaming above...thought I was dead and I hysterically laughed and yelled out...I'M OK! I'M OK. My feet hurt for over a week. It was absolutely impossible for me to have been able to direct my decent and plant on that little ledge like an olympian athlete landing.

as far as mandela type events. I've had a few lately. I shrugged them off because life itself seems to be changing . Something there...and a few minutes later, looking again...not there.

nothing surprises me anymore.

Maybe it WAS the same car? Maybe the strange chick was having an affair with Dad and borrowed the car to go to the PX?

The things we never consider. . .

A house just appeared in my neighborhood a couple months ago, so anything's possible.

And no, it wasn't a new construction. And I have my wife as a witness. All maps indicate this glitch-in-the-matrix house has been there since long before we even moved into the neighborhood.

But we'd walked past that block a dozen times and we both KNOW it was an empty lot. We had talked about it many times because an adjacent property was for sale and we thought it might be perfect for another couple we know because there were no immediate neighbors except on one side. In this reality, the for-sale house has neighbors on two sides.

It switched to a parallel universe I guess.
