People can one star this to oblivion, it won't change the fact that many people live for themselves and their almighty opinion.

People that have kids know its not about you, but them.

Billions have lived and died here, and I will be one of them, and none of it will mean a thing.

It's called democracy
Giving up your rights for the so called whole.

Everyone has an opinion, however I will concede yeah, I'm not there.

I don't get this world on a great many levels.

Its a republic, not a democracy.

I thought Republicans care individual rights more over than the whole society.

Individual rights brace a society.

No. I'm not saying you.
I'm saying that there are lots of people in life that cross our paths or live in our homes that don't have their ego in check. People with checked egos are rare.

It's a good topic.
There are certain characteristics of people who are in control of their ego.
1. they are humble
2. they don't hit on women all the time
3. they offer knowledge without wanting something in return.

Now phrase that as an individual, because the ego is inside us.

Then stop preaching us to be less egoistic.

I know a couple things, one thing is everyone has an opinion and a truth, mine isn't special, learned the hard way.

Second, I live for my children, through thick and thin.

When they have problems, their problems become mine, when they triumph I share in their joy.

Living for others saved my life, because I was living for me and going no where fast, I'm not really that impressive, lol.

Just trying to share what helped me, the most egotistical of all people.

Trying to help.

You can shit on it, but the spirit is meant well.

Another sign of an ego not in check:

1. holding grudges
2. focusing on getting material things
3. control issues
4. criticizing others as a weapon

What makes an unhealthy ego?
