Vote in each Semi-Final POLL THREAD ( 2 votes) Beeches- Quoting: Prayandprepare000 You made a pro Ivermectin comment a while back. I don't want to derail this thread and I hope OP doesn't mind me asking this, but maybe you or somebody knows the answer. I posted it on page 11320 of the huge thread that moves so very fast. Thanks if anybody knows the answer. Friends- I need advice about Ivermectin. I know there are a lot of threads about it, but hoping somebody knows the answer to my question, to save me looking through them all. Hub turned 69 saturday. He has never had the flu and I had it 40 years ago. I think we are relatively healthy people. Friday night he had awful pain all the way down the muscles in both legs and could not sleep. I thought maybe he had hurt his lower back and it was connected, but his lower back was fine. It was so mysterious. He finally popped advils and dozed off. Saturday he had a temp of 100.6, exhaustion, headache. I figured it had to be COVID and gave us each a dose of Ivermectin. We are also taking the whole battery of suggested supplements. Yesterday he dropped into the 99s temp, and is normal today and feels OK. I have been fine so far. Question- if a person has diagnosed parasites the dosage is day 1,4, 7 or 8, and 14. Total of four Ivermectin doses. What about COVID? If he feels ok today and his temp is normal, should I give him the day four dose tomorrow? How about me? I had the one dose, is that enough as a COVID prophylactic? I know there are protocols that they have used in South America, both with and without COVID symptoms. Does anybody know exactly what they are? Dear Heart, never worry about derailing! This thread is PRECISELY the right place to discuss Ivermectin. Trained Noticer knows much about it for animals and humans. This is general information, not medical advice. I know Ivermectin as a de-wormer and as a treatment for scabies, have never needed to give or take it for that. Have taken it for the taste - it isn't bad. P&P, Sounds like you hit it right, Ivermectin works best early on. The prophylactic dosage they have been using with success is one dose every 7 days. Amazing results have been following with Doxycycline and Zinc. Quercetin and Zinc has been great. Seems the body tolerates higher dosages of zinc when infected. His symptoms are greatly improved, congratulations. Personally, I flew to Commiefornia, everyone wearing the worthless masks. Guess what? 3rd day I was obviously coming down hard with SOMETHING. (So much for the worthless masks) I took ivermectin once a day for 3 days, Quercetin and Zinc 4 or 5 times a day for 3 days. Even in middle of the night. However, I saw improvement in a few hours, second day 75% better, 3rd day 98% better. 100% since. Hope that helps. I will give hub dose #2, and if I don't get symptoms I will take one more at day 7 just in case. Much appreciated!! I did find this, a GREAT article! The doctors in the comments discuss dosages but there doesn't seem to be a standard protocol yet. I have carpal tunnel so have to stop often and shake it around to get rid of the numb tingling feeling and the blue it turns. Kinda cool looking with the orange a blue going on - Isaiah 5:20 KJV Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
