And if someone is the best person possible but never heard about Jesus, would that be enough?
Quoting: ThePassenger the question is, if that person learned Christ's requirements to qualify as his disciple, would he? Quoting: DGN So there are "requirements" now? So much for saved by grace and faith. Oh well...looks like it back to hacking our foreskins off again and slaughtering lambs and burning them. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79502412 Grace and faith open the divine opportunity, individuals must take Christ's yoke to develop his qualities; For this very reason, put forth all earnest effort to supply to your faith virtue, to your virtue knowledge, 6to your knowledge self-control, to your self-control endurance, to your endurance godly devotion, 7 to your godly devotion brotherly affection, to your brotherly affection love. 8For if these things exist in you and overflow, they will prevent you from being either inactive or unfruitful regarding the accurate knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2Pe1:5 Quoting: DGN So its all "works" then? Always striving and learning and struggle. With no actual gaurantee you will make it despite your best efforts. Sounds like LAW. So...back to hacking off foreskins. At least there ya knew where ya stood.
