Flu vaccine thoughts/connection

It's known that they have no idea what strain is coming so they just guess...

Then you take it. The advertisements say so.

They inject you with the virus so you build anti-bodies.

You feel crappy for a day and some actually get sick.

You still have the virus so do your germs spread it to people who didn't get the shot?
