Eat more salads.... and steamed vegs...
Kale and Cabbage have more substance and nutrition than lettuce.
Carrots...broccoli... also are great.
Grow your own.. especially Arugula .. Known as Rocket.. cause it grows so fast..
Mustard Greens, etc..
