Common sense dictates that any foreign government, including China, would never allow the disclosure of such sensitive, top secret information to be carelessly shared with the drug addicted offspring of an American vice president.
Nor would they ever provide digital documentation off their evil plans on three separate, unsecured laptop computers.

Especially given the involvement of Bannon and Rudy: both are alcoholics, Bannon is a genuine nutcase and self-promoter (which is why Trump sidelined him) and Rudy is suspect for his role in 9/11 where he looked the other way as the crime scene evidence at ground zero was shipped out of the country and sold to China:
