The source of this story, GNews, is connected to Guo Wengui, the anti-CCP billionaire who fled China in 2014 and on whose yacht Bannon was arrested in August. Guo is also connected to the 9/24 revelations concerning the existence of the three hard drives on Twitter and youtube.
This information is prima facie credible.
