Canned sardines in water are much better than the ones in oil, hot sauce or mustard, in my opinion. I prefer them with Ritz crackers. To round out a meal, I'll have a can of spinach, then a small box of raisins with a handful of walnut halves for dessert. Bottled water or unsweetened ice tea to drink. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72613613 If it's the right oil you're missin out on some good (for you) shit. I do get the plain ones and then poor reasonable amounts of olive...grape seed or avocado oil on them. I like to get a no salt tomato sauce and stir some type of hot sauce in it to mix with the fish too. I'll even peel grape or cherry tomatoes that we grow and make my own sauce with fresh garlic n onion to poor on top of the fish and a lightly toasted piece of sourdough. I like to mix it up though with different fish like mackerel and herring too. Just talkin about it now makes me want to go in and make some with the mackerel I have. |

Your best bet would be to pickup a sack of potatoes. Find a farm nearby, and try to buy direct or something. Pelosi made it clear, Democrats won't support any more stimulus, due to TDS. |

Improvise, adapt, overcome You won't survive with that attitude. The only fish to eat here are catfish littered with poisons from the coal burning plant. They have consumption warnings posted all around the rivers. If ate those I would have to go to the doctor and I dont have insurance anymore because Trump got rid of the Affordable Health Care act. It wasn’t affordable. And they fined people who couldn’t afford it. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 74714539 United States 10/18/2020 10:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | try saving up for food by not eating for like 2 weeks. i'm not joking it's not even close to starving fasting is very healthy Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79505302 I don’t know about 2 weeks. One meal a day would be better. This also. Water fasting. No need to do two weeks. But you can fast for a few days, once you past 3-4 day mark. Clarity and energy sets in. Yes very healthy for organs. Good luck op |

She's demanding that liberal governors and mayors get Federal funding to rebuild riot torn liberal areas after those same liberal leaders let it all happen for politics. |
