At walmart you can get a dozen jumbo eggs for 2 bucks and a loaf of bread for a buck, so 4 to 6 breakfasts for 3 bucks. Canned sardines in water are much better than the ones in oil, hot sauce or mustard, in my opinion. I prefer them with Ritz crackers. To round out a meal, I'll have a can of spinach, then a small box of raisins with a handful of walnut halves for dessert. Bottled water or unsweetened ice tea to drink. |
