Yes, the initial doctor had a very annoying voice (not soothing, like a doctor's voice should be), but she only spoke for a few minutes. Then the rest of the doctors spoke. Maybe skip ahead a few minutes to get past the first doctor's speech. What the rest of them had to say is definitely worth the listen, especially the psychiatrist from LA (he speaks towards the end).
