If a person or people were in a bunker. No outide communication or supllies. They chipped a person. The person recieved a command to affect the world. Bunker person could see effects over internet. Then sent a command through time to not do anything. The person would still be walking around and living a different life. Maybe the bunker person would be also unless they sustained no contact with outside world and died. Would the chipped person live a normal life or effect reality without original command in an equal way because of whatever its called. Cause and effect?
