So, I am asking for anyone who sees these rolling convoys, to post pics, videos, lints, etc.

I do believe we are about to see an enormous shitshow and the good guys in Gov. will need to prepare, stage, deploy... we would be in the stage/deploy phase given timeline, revelations, etc.
