If reincarnation or Transmigration of the soul is true it is only for not yet perfected fragments of the great over soul that must grow and evolve in time and space before they can return to their source.

Basically if a soul cannot return to God and go to heaven it either goes to hell forever or it stands to reason it must somehow make amends by living yet another life here on Earth or elsewhere in order to balance the scales and learn whatever lessons are needed to be learned.

It's just a theory IMHO. Nobody I know of came back from the dead to explain it to me.

Jesus spoke of Paradise and Gehenna. But His disciples asked whether a man born blind was because of his sin in a former life, or was it the sin of his parents?

Sounds similar to the idea of reincarnation and heaven and hell concepts.
