This doesn't have anything to do with what "Grandma" looks like with her clothes off.

It has to do with a helpless elderly woman not able to fend for herself while being fondled by another male patient. Eventually, a person with Alzheimers not only has short and long-term memory loss, but forgets how to walk, how to talk, and how to eat. They are totally helpless. By the time a person is placed in an institution, they are usually in the last stages of Alzheimers.

For these reasons, ALzheimers patients should be separated from the rest of the hospital/nursing home residents.
