If more serious information comes out he may have to suspend the election and use the marines to arrest the top levels of the FBI, DOJ, and CIA. They have to be arrested and go in front of military tribunals.

U.S. citizens may have to be deputized with full immunity by the President to help those in the military still loyal to the the United States and the Constitution to help clean up the traitors!
