3M uses an electrically charged filter cloth which binds smaller particulate.

You can reuse. Set aside in paper bag and wait 2 weeks. Look N95 are usually for drywall and such. If it gets clogged they are no good.
Now if it picks up any type of viral load in lets say a hospital infected ward then yes dispose. Typically though if just shopping you will be fine to reuse just sanitize hands after donning.

I'm forced to wear a mask at my work and they have cameras monitoring all staff for social distancing. If people are too close to each other for a certain amount of time the cameras will take a picture and it gets reviewed every day. Some people have been sacked for it.

All this for a virus with 99.7% survival rate. It's a total joke.

Masks are very efficient. It is the efficacy that is in doubt.

Masks help protect others from getting sick. Not sure why this is so hard to understand and why people are so selfish only thinking how a mask may or may not protect them. Why do you think people cover their mouths when they cough or sneeze? Even a toddler knows covering your mouth helps spread germs.
