Nope...don’t believe it. Having held a security clearance I know that it’s not that hard to get thru the process and waivers are always available to those with potential problems. Hunter would have some issues and would not be on the list of SC holders but remember that Classified information is very compartmentalizations and if you don’t have a need to know and sometimes this can include the President. He would always be fully briefed if and when any decisions or anytime the analysts thought he had a need to know
