Supreme Court turns away PA GOP effort to block extended period for turning in ballots
Well, well... Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the high court's three liberals, resulting in a 4-4 tie. Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh sided with the state GOP.

the state legislature selects and also puts forth rules and procedures by which the state's electors to the electoral college are selected

this is a role set forth at the federal level and no state authority has any say whatsoever

so the state legislature in PA should have already ... and still can ... state in an official resolutoin, passed by that body, that the period for submitting ballots is not to be extended

then later when it is litigated before the supreme court they can point to the resolution they passed to bolster their case

so many "advisers" and "consultants" to the republican party at the state or federal levels are actually double agents, they're really working for i guess you'd say the globalists

DONT LISTEN TO YOUR ADVISERS, OK ? they cannot be trusted

others have said what i wrote above .. no doubt PA state legislature listened to some BS advisor who told them they should file a court case

no, the constiution has ALREADY given them sole authority in this matter, they just need to USE it by passing a resolution

What "period extended"?

What does that mean?

Like I can post mark a ballot after Nov 3

No election night winner in Pennsylvania. Democrat have three days after the election to count ballots and even allows them to count ballots without a postmark. PA was just handed to Sleepy Joe.
