Non-compliance won't work for long either, when one cannot exist in society in any meaningful way. They are targeting homeless people in the first phase- I'd be willing to bet that even the soup-kitchens will eventually stipulate vaccination compliance in order to eat.

Low hanging fruit that will initially be 100% forced to vaccinate obviously includes the following:

People in senior care facilities and adult family homes. Refuse to take it? You are kicked out I hope you have children that can watch you 24/7.

People in K-12. Refuse to take it? I hope your parents have time to home school!

People in daycare. Refuse to take it? I hope your parents can afford quitting their job to watch you!

People enrolled in college. Refuse to take it? Good luck with your ditch digging career!

Health care workers. Refuse to take it? Goodbye well-paying medical job!

People in the military. Refuse to take it? Enjoy your time in Leavenworth (with the injection anyways see below)!

People in jail/prison. You can refuse but you will take it.

That is just the initial mandatory phase. Most of these groups are already mandated to have vaccinations. There is ZERO doubt this will happen. Then we move on to coercive action for the general population.

Will you protect your child? Will you protect your elderly relative? You are going to have to make sacrifices. This rushed warp speed mRNA experiment will happen twice a year every single year for eternity unless a stand is made.
