The expert was never told Hunter was drunk and probably on drugs when he signed the repair form. Being drunk and/or high does affect your signature among other things. I asked my neighbor who is a forensic expert and works for the feds on many cases. She said alcohol, drugs, or a combo does affect your movements, eyesight, motor skills, reasoning, and may be the reason he didn’t remember where the laptops were left.
