I'm Generally Really Upbeat. Lately The Depression Is Kicking My Ass

Even with the country falling apart I'm not giving into depression.

Depression will make you sick so let it go.

I have the same feeling, but for some reason today has been the most positive I've felt in a long time. I hope that continues. And good luck to you as well. Hang in there.

Figure out what is depressing you and kick it's fucking ass into submission!

Start working out. Change your diet. Immediately.

I'm not great at pep talks but at least I am trying.

What's depression? Feeling down? hopeless? Aren't all those feelings subsiding or lessening after some time?

I think this is a huge part of it. It's like our future is being written for us.

I know and work with a lot of people that see the direction we are headed, that's good, but is it enough to change the course?

Then I also see an ocean of shallow selfish people who haven't a clue of where we are.

It's hard to explain. Guess just a culmination of all the doomy things out there right now.

Thats what they want.

They want us all depressed, confused, mentally exhausted.

Then they will step in to make things "normal" again. Lol.

If America falls for this fucking smokeshow I will be done caring.

Until then. I'm fucking pumped & laser focused.

That's funny, I do feel like a pawn lately.

Turn off the tv and the internet for at least a week. Works wonders.

It's not easy but it does work.

We think being in control of our destiny is a good thing.

But it's not.

Look at what we do when we are in control of our destiny.

God knows us better than we know ourselves. He knows a destiny for us , that is better than anything we could even come close to imagining for ourselves.

Christ pulled me up on 2/2/2020 when I finally looked up and took a good look at what was happening - then realized that , even with all the terrible choices I'd made in my life , God still used my failures , to teach me what I needed to know , for the path that He had set before me - all leading up to these times.

I'll be 35 in December , and I feel like I've had more enlightening realizations , understanding , restructuring of my entire mind like the labyrinth itself moving around , since February than I've had learned the past three decades before.

And the person I am today , is someone I'd never even thought possibly existed only 8-9 months ago. The person I was just recently then, would call me today , completely insane.

Yet , insanity and madness is what I see when looking back at that person - and at much of the world in general now.

God truly is a miracle worker ~ we are made in His image because His image is truly good. ~

Follow it to its source instead of trying to fight against it. We all go through this, and it only takes something in particular to put us there. You know, brighter days will eventually come, but only if you work through it. Much can be learned and gained in the process.

if you let me eat it, you will no longer have to worry about getting it kicked!

Just trying to get though life in peace and maybe just a little satisfaction from time to time.

I'm not struggling financially, nor lonely, just don't want to see all of us end up in a dystopian screwed up future bei g designed for us. This Covid crap has shown me they want us to live in hell, fighting amongst each other, and obeying non sensical orders.

They treat us worse than dogs while they pull their black magic technology out to keep us under a spell.

That's not a lot.

I used to drink so much coffee, it got to the point where it didn't really work anymore and I just felt drained all the time.

Like others said, you probably need to get out and get some exercise. You might be surprised how much difference even a 15 - 20 minute walk around the neighborhood can make.

I'm OK on that front because work requires it, but I have been dealing with severe back , joint, and muscle pain. Been sleeping longer where I basically just work and sleep, it's like my body wants to heal but it can't.

It's an election year.

Look around for that Five Gee tower... could be messing with ya
