This story is likely true because Hunter Biden hasn't denied ANY of it; hasn't had a lawyer send out cease and desist letters; hasn't threatened to sue anyone. Bannon and Rudy are screwing this up by failing to lay out a methodical case, with evidence, and showing how what Hunter did implicates Joe. Independents and some Republicans liked Tulsi Gabbard. Progressives and the Democratic Base did not favor her.

There's a huge split between the different wings of the Democratic Party. Despite the constant demand "to vote Blue no matter who" it doesn't work 100%. Then they tried to fire up their base by demanding that "anyone's better than Dump" and other extremely negative tactics.

Belief among the DNC was that Blacks and especially Black women would be more likely to vote for Biden rather than Sanders or the other primary candidates. Kamala Harris was said to solidify the Black women's vote. That is or was the current guaranteed voters who can be relied on to turn out on election day for Democrats.

The case can be made later.
For now what counts is the court of public opinion. The smoke is there, it's not going out. The public will decide that where there is smoke, there is fire. Meanwhile the shills and lackeys expose themselves.
The low information voters who follow their tribal instincts will be being for blood once they realise they have been deceived. This shit storm-tsunami will cleanse more than governments and bureaucracies.
