FBI needs to be audited by a sheriffs department. The division between federal and the average law enforcement seems to be two worlds apart. If FBI is covering up evidence, they need a sheriffs department to review their cases and evidence. The FBI investigates departments, maybe departments need to audit the FBI.

So, let's not be rational. If you went to the police with a laptop that had kiddie porn on it, they'd first arrest you, and if you're lucky, after however long it takes to be processed and convince a judge that you are not in possession of child porn and trafficking it by handing it to a cop, that you are showing them you found this and the person in the picture is the criminal, they would then either completely ignore you, or put it on a shelf with a number, and when it comes up, see if they can identify the person in the images, then go to their boss master and say it is going to take lots of money and time to go from that conversation to wherever that person is, to watch and wait for them, then approach them like a creep and suggestively try to identify them, then make an appointment with them to meet and discuss something that has nothing to do with the child porn and try to black mail the person . . . and after that plays out, arrest them and black mail them further.
