Quoting: DuckNCover This is just one Patriot Missile Battery. Would be interesting if it were occurring at other small regional airports that ring the Gulf of Mexico... Just imagine Tankers or Merchant ships launching cruise missiles (Club-K) off their decks. It would be a very short response time before they hit their intended targets. If the military positions enough of these missile batteries, in key areas, it could provide a small level of protection and limit the damage done by a cruise missile attack... That was my thought, threats from the gulf. How about an EMP lauched form a boat in the golf? |

Right before the nuclear war, Strategic Air Command dispersed many of their aircraft to small regional airports away from bases and cities...like College Station. Probably not why this is happening, but still spooky. Quoting: Bud Fox Also, it seems strange to me that they did it at this airport, without telling anyone. Couldn't the same drill be accomplished at any number of abandoned fields without disturbing civilian air traffic? I honestly have no idea, maybe it is just a drill, but this one seems odd. Oh you're about to get much more spooked out then. ~ Revelation 18:17-21 For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city?’ “They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and wailing, and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city, in which all who had ships on the sea became rich by her wealth! For in one hour she is made desolate.’ “Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!” Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore. |

The CCP is obviously willing to pull all sorts of blatant crap. Texas A&M had at least one operative hiding on their payroll, and who was arrested; who knows what else is going on in that area... www.subgenius.com Become ordained today! Now only $35.00! |

They have plenty of military strips to setup on. Quoting: Woogy College Station is home to Texas A&M University. The Aggies have a huge military cadet corp who use the airport for missile training classes for operation & maintenance. Live fire is conducted at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, TX. Sorry but the Doom is off. Just a bunch of college kids learning about the Patriot System with inert missiles. |

I hope they got enough ammo - they will need it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77582138 They won't need ammo since they'll be dead within 5 minutes! Lol. The chongs don't ever fight an armed enemy! This will be fun and we will get to rotate out all of our older ammo first. Keeps that market fresh feeling. Lol. A paper champ invading armed and hostile territory? Good luck! |

I don't live there, but I did spend some significant time in that area years ago. College Station is right between Houston, Austin, and Fort Hood, all of which would be targets in a war. Maybe that is what they are alluding to? Maybe it would be where they would stage outside target areas? Threads and posts like these are pushing me. Pushing me to become a paid subscriber. |

They flew it in and was practicing rapid deployment as this is a little used airport out in the sticks and a quick flight made for a good field deployment. They can't hardly take leave these days because of Covid so they have a lot of time for training. |

That’s what the military does when we aren’t fighting a war (like under Bush, Clinton, Bush, O’Bamma) they exercise for the next one. Smoke me a kipper, I’ll be back for breakfast. If you do not take an interest in the affairs of your government, then you are doomed to live under the rule of fools. — Plato “AI is kind of a fancy thing, first of all it’s two letters.
