The optics for the airport are bad as it'll scare business away - who wants to land their airplane or be a passenger of one who lands/takes off there? You'll think they're expecting terrorists targeting the airspace.

The liability for both the workers and the military personell involved having those big ass vehicles rumbling around inside, again, the controlled area of an airport...running from legal to safety to FAA regulations.

Prolly reading too much into it. Still, with this year I'm suspicious.
