Favorite part of the chicken for eating?

Not gonna lie, I love me some wings. Hot wings, BBQ wings, honey-mustard wings... they're so good.

Then there's the thighs... Delicate, succulent dark meat. That's good flavor right there. Only, there's a lot of cartilage and tiny bones, which is fine but it's a bit of a hassle.

I'm going to go with the drums -- drum-sticks -- because they combine the eatability of wings with the large amounts of dark meat found in the thighs.

And I'm putting my $ where my mouth is, getting ready for the debate tonight!

(Breast meat is too dry for my taste, but I admit it's good for those trying to lose weight or pack on the protein. Just not my favorite, which is the topic of this thread.)

Any trained cook knows the best part of a chicken is the keel. Most people don't even what that is.

I love fried chicken legs. And Gizzards are good when I'm in the mood.
