China will invade Taiwan if Trump win the elections and war will start with USA. If Biden wins, they will invade and USA will do nothing.

As if it matters worth two shits. I second this. China's invasion of Tibet was "illegal". China laying claim to an entire international body of water that is shared by numerous other nations is "illegal". China does "illegal" things all the time. Sometimes, fire needs to be fought with fire. An invasion of Taiwan would be "illegal", so why should we care one bit if aiding Taiwan would also be "illegal"? If anybody calls us out on it, we'll just need to point out numerous Chinese infringements and ask them why they hold double standards that would place us at fault and not the evil dystopia that is China.
In the Joint Communique, the United States recognized the Government of the Peoples Republic of China as the sole legal government of China, acknowledging the Chinese position that there is but one China and Taiwan is part of China.
