A lot of Q's predictions are like this. Meaningless at the time he says it, but crystal clear after the fact.
What it all shows, is that we're watching a scripted show, and Q has access to the script. Whatever that means. To assume Q is necessarily a good guy is kind of naive. He is for real, but a real what remains to be seen.
