Guys and girls, I'm pretty down about Covid. Can you cheer me up a bit?

I live in California. Anyways, life is very weird now. It almost feels like Ground Hog Day. We're limited in what we can do and what bothers me is I don't know if there's an end in sight. How can we look forward to anything?

Now on CNN all they talk about now is how covid is getting worse and worse. First of all, when has the government been so obsessed about our health? This has to be more than just the virus. The government seems like they couldn't care less about our health. I bet many of the top officials aren't even doing what they preach. An example is Nancy Pelosi.

Well, I don't see anyone. My family is not going to do the holidays this year. This has never happened.

And here is the REALLY BAD part. I've gotten somewhat used to living this way. And now it feels like it would be hard to just go back to living normally. I've gotten used to never seeing anyone. Not returning texts from friends when they want a favor.. Just say covid.

But can this last? Now I'm seeing reports saying we'll never be able to even hug again. If we shake hands, we have to hand sanitize each time.

There's no more family gatherings, no more clubs, no more get togethers. And even if I do get together with someone, it's a lot of work. Have to maintain a distance, wear a mask, and constantly be outside. Can't touch anything they touched. It's just too much. It's not even fun to be around someone now.

What is really bothering me, is I feel like I'm being controlled.

And you know what makes ABSOLUTELY NO sense at all? When the protests and RIOTS started happening, CNN didn't give one ounce of concern! They let them do it and blamed the president! They didn't care that many people weren't wearing masks and that they were all close to each other. That is the exact worse thing you can do and CNN didn't care, they supported it.
