Do you know of Royal Rife? I have a real question, can you help?

I shopped for a Rife machine for a couple of months before I found one. It has the proper plasma transmitter. However... the frequency generator can be set at whatever I want, but what is being transmitted?

My question is this, is there a straightforward device to measure what is being transmitted? Frequency for sure and also power... ?

I searched into radio frequency detectors, but I don't want to spend the money for one if it won't work to read the device, being as it puts out ranges outside of radio and I'm not sure the "medium" of the output.
