If Dems are ahead where vote registration total thresholds are met, they will stop the counts and declare a winner.

If they are behind, they will exceed the vote total vote registration thresholds to fabricate a Dem victory. They will exceed it by huge amounts if necessary.

These are the fraud mechanics that will be used. All at the county levels through a statewide clearing house run by that's state's Dem governor.

To "win" a county they actually lose by a large amount, they will "shift" excess Dem votes to that county to give them the win.

Total fraud. Total communism. It will be like an Israeli "election" as how actual vote totals are kept secret and never made public... Dem TV will only talk percentages. Actual numbers will be 100% "Augmented Reality"
