MORE REASONS NOT TO ELECT BIDEN

Some Republican notables abhor President Trump and urge us to support Joe Biden. Having known Biden slightly and observed him since the late 1960s I won’t do that. Despite Trump’s shortcomings there are strong reasons to support him and reject Biden. Some aspects, which apply legal ethics concepts, are made clear for the first time here.

I’m a retired Delaware lawyer and a lifelong Republican, I first met Biden in, I guess, 1969. He and I represented different defendants in a criminal case, and his work struck me as poorly done and/or not really done at all. I was not impressed, and he never afterward impressed me better.

I don't believe in fairy tales, scripture references, or stories about Deleware lawyers.

Are there any lawyers in Deleware, or is this one of those trick questions?

Your uncle is putting it nicely but does not see the whole picture. The corruption of Biden et al is deep. There are really no upsides of him being in office. It's a nightmare.

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear."

Thank you Beeches! My office was located next to Delaware Senator William Roth’s years ago when I first graduated from college. Senator Roth and his staff were wonderful people. Carper Coons and Biden were always disgusting creeps. Carper is a documented wife beater. Interesting that two of Biden’s children have significant problems with drugs. I have heard rumors for years that when married to her first husband, Jill had substance issues too. Her nickname was an 80’s name for a woman prostitute who did drugs. Just ask her first husband.

the following posts are from his writings. I am going to jump here to the concluding paragraph for those short on time:

Trump is like a pretty good doctor with a really poor bedside manner.
His Middle East policy is producing unexpected peace deals between Israel and Arab countries. His economic policies and improved trade deals have produced surprisingly good prosperity for all. His insistence on reopening America seems to be restoring that prosperity. His Covid policy is also producing real and surprisingly fast progress on treatments and vaccines.
Biden is like a well-meaning quack with a very graceful bedside manner.
His wrong-headed policies, and his acceptance of worse ones from farther left, point to a darker, more violent and less free future for us all -- ourselves, our descendants and Americans generally. Let’s not change horses in the middle of this stream.

Re: "Uncle" Intel of the finest sort - a Delaware lawyer dissects Joe Biden
That is false, three ways. First, “court packing” has nothing to do with filling ordinary vacancies when a Justice dies or retires, as Trump has been doing. “Court packing” means increasing the size of the Supreme Court to create and fill new vacancies, for partisan reasons. That abnormal tactic was tried only once in our history, in the late 1930s, and was rejected. Some prominent Democrats say that tactic is now on the table again, and Biden does not deny it. He keeps evading the question whether he as President would wait for normal vacancies or would try instead to create new ones by increasing the size of the Court. Doing that for partisan purposes, or even threatening to do so, is a big deal. It could destroy or impair the Court’s independence and its ability to speak constitutional truth to power. That sinister tactic should not be on the table.

People may not know that is the Roth behind the Roth IRA.A Republican with a Saint Bernard.

Coons is the father of Maggie Coons, linked to these events.

Carper, yuck. A friend worked with his ex-wife and told me she said the claims were bogus. I saw potential for her to want to cover it up, even as an ex.

ah, Delaware, your Democrap politicians are something else.
