My dad was in WWII in Patton's 3rd army. He was a "90 day wonder" and given a 2nd Lt rank. He was in charge of a black outfit (Dad was white and looked a lot like Lee Marvin in the Dirty Dozen) in the "Red Ball Express", which ran convoys of approx. 110 Duece and a half trucks in a great loop Through France and Belgium to haul gas, ammunition, etc from the beach-heads to the front.

There were several of these outfits and they would run until they were exhausted, sleep a few hours and hit the road again.

Well one day all of the Trucking outfits were given orders to calculate how much fuel they needed to reach a castle on a Mountain somewhere. they were supposed to have no reserve fuel, so they assumed they would get refueled from that location.

Well, there was no fuel waiting for them there. That was the way they shut off the gasoline to Patton's army. His troops were so loyal, that nothing short of that would have stopped the fuel supply.

Dad read about Patton's desperation in needing gas and took some of his men down to the road and started stopping vehicles, looking for gas. He finally found one truck loaded with gas and they hijacked it, refueled their convoy and headed back to the fuel supply depot. Dad then falsified orders and handed them a hand written forged note fake signed by Patton himself, saying to load his convoy with "gas and nothing but gas".

They arrived at Patton's front and they were getting slaughtered because our only advantage of having swarms of highly mobile tanks was gone as the tanks ran out of fuel.

Patton's outfit actually unloaded their own gas and were extremely grateful. That line in the movie "Patton", refueled and rolling like a juggernaut, was because of my old man falsifying orders and breaking all the rules in the book to get Patton his gas. He was going to meet Patton after the war, but tragically, he was killed in that jeep "accident". Which put a stop to any thoughts of attacking Russia.

Patton inspired fanatical devotion in his troops and I think was certainly one of the greatest if not the greatest general the US has ever had.

As Patton moved forward and captured prisoners, and also collected "displaced persons" as well as concentration camp refugees, he would simply throw up a wire enclosure and leave a couple of guards with a single jeep to keep them penned up.

In returning from the front with his empty convoys, he would stop and rescue as many as his trucks would carry and haul them back to be sorted out and cared for. It was winter, and they were starving and freezing in those pens. They would have them all stand in the bed of the truck, then pull forward and jam on the brakes. The weight of the people would smash them all forward, then they would attach a strap across the back to hold them all in place, so nobody could escape.

The trucks were enclosed, but dad's jeep was open, and he suffered some pretty bad frostbite on his ears from the frigid wind.


He would double and triple up to lead to or 3 convoys at a time, because he was driven by whatever demons drove him to forgo rest and keep the convoys moving while the others needed to rest. He grew up on a farm in Vt, so he was used to the winter and was very strong as most farmers were at that time, where everything was done by hand or by horse team.

Dad was generally disliked because he was oftentimes a real bastard, but heaven help anyone he went to war against!

He passed away in 2006.

I do not know your background at all. I'm calling the story, news or state propaganda BS. The Russians are fluent with chemical and biological agents.

It's just my opinion if they are making this move to put future restraints on there own people.

I'm not sure what Russia's motivator is in this regard with the fake anti-science mask thing other than that they, like the CCP and the USA have a ton of biological research facilities and telling the truth that this little science experiment got loose is bad for business for all of them.

So they do the mask thing and as it eventually naturally goes away and they say how great everybody did to flatten the curve of this non-event and whitewash this whole thing in time as people forget.

I think there was great fear at the beginning of this as they all thought there would immense fatalities from the spliced together lab horseshoe bat virus made by the CCP and USA (read the experimental studies) but as it has hit the human population and turned out to be a nothingburger they can't just drop it overnight or it looks too suspicious and undermines any future credibility.
