Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29279489 No beer, limit bread intake(estrogen compounds, and estrogen mimickers cause weight retention). Intermitten fasting can help as well. Also having set times for eating that the body can adjust to helps. Drink red wine with really fatty foods, and make sure to cycle vitamin c(to prevent dependence). I think that's the problem, he doesn't consume dextrose after working out, that could be why his muscles take so long to recover. He likes pixie stix, I'll have to get some. He doesn't drink any alcohol. grass fed sardines |

You can calculate a given person’s BMR and actual calorie usage. The studies show you can cut that by 25% and not lose muscle ... so long as protein intake remains high. There was a professor who ate a diet of Twinkies (and some vitamins) and he lost weight. It’s all about calories in vs. calories burned. |

Right now he's 290. :puke: The excessive eating is him craving emotional sweetness. Are you romancing him still? He has to get his fill somewhere so if it's not you, he'll get it from food. Or maybe he broke up with his mistress recently so it's her he's missing. Most importantly this is psychological and it sounds to have started recently. |

He keeps complaining to me about it too, this morning he was like, 210. I was like stop eating the eurocrem, I pulled out the container and half of it is gone and we just got it on Saturday. He said he only ate half a serving size, it's more like half the container. I told him he had to do some cardio today if he wants to eat lunch so he did an hour on the treadmill, it's not helping. Any suggestions on how to get him to lose this fat? Quoting: chasity Stop eating. |

I wonder if he has a Vitamin or mineral deficiency. Then again, it could be caused by the stress of not working. Try encouraging long walks to ease his mental/emotional state. Also, does your home, or any past dwelling he lived in have a mold problem? Did he ever have a concussion before? If yes to the first one, restrict sugar intake and have him take garlic pills. If yes for the second one, restrict sugar intake and carcinogenic's, and engage in a Fisetin therapy. Fisetin can help extend life, via the removal of senescence cells(damaged cells). Be-careful though, the body uses senescence cells to quarantine cancer cells. In pregnant women, senescence cells are used to help shape the unborn babies body. Fisetin can cross the brain blood barrier, and remove scar tissue in the brain(and reduce it even on the skin). Personally, I found taking it twice a week(1,000-2,000 mg a day), with a day inbetween, then take a month off before beginning the next round of therapy. Also take supplements that boost the immune system, as Fisetin puts a target on damaged cells causing the immune system to destroy them. Take biotin, vit D, collagen, and other supplements vital for cell growth, to ensure maximum healing and replacement. Collagen supplements are good for joint and back health as well. |

He takes multi vitamins daily and additional d3, gets regular blood work done. He's super calm, he just paid the mortgage off last week and is so happy and relaxed, he wants to retire before 50 so it's not work related. He could be bored?? IDK the weather has been rainy and shitty but we have a full gym in the basement and regularly visit a dam where we run stairs and hills. I don't like that he is storing fat because that's where the toxins are and I don't want him to get sick. Usually rebuilding muscles will throw these toxins out. I would rather he do this through diet and exercise, a natural way. There is no mold, he is just lazy when it comes to cardio, he I think his metabolism has slowed down and just wants to play pubG a lot. I do make a natural collagen in the chicken broth, I use chicken feet. In fact I have some simmering now. grass fed sardines |

A concussion, either a bunch of mild ones(playing football in high school and etc), can screw with ones personality and ability to be organized. A severe concussion, can even mess with a persons personality and brain function. When I had a severe concussion a decade ago, before I went through a Fisetin therapy, I didn't even remember I had a severe concussion(hit my head bad), and it shut down 50% of my empathy. Thank God, I'm a natural born super empath, or I would of went down a dark path. The mold thing, it is a bitch. Once you get it, the most that can be done is your immune system keeps it in check. Garlic has compounds in it, that kill it. Mold poisoning can cause messiness, lack of energy/drive, binge eating, and in more severe cases organ failure. When I cured both aliments(mold poisoning+concussion), I went from being super messy to a borderline clean freak. Plus with Fisetin, when taken correctly, Fisetin will extend your lifespan, so, worth investigating just for that. |

User ID: 77547432 Canada 10/29/2020 07:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Warriors know when it is time to take on 'fat'. The samurai were not skinny, lean men. You need a layer of fat to take on a knife/sword. If someone cuts you open a layer of fat is like a layer of armour. It barely bleeds and protects you. The same goes with all warrior cultures which is why the movies like 300 are complete and utter bullshit. Perfect muscles means 'easily killed'. Maybe your husbands instincts to gain a layer of fat are perfectly suitable for this time right now. If there is going to be a battle. You might as well have an additional layer on you. The same way that Indian women will suddenly increase in size if a 'hungry winter' is coming. You either doubt your hsubands instincts and want a model of your beliefs on how tones should look, or you trust human instinct. I'll just look at the rowan tree. The rowan trees are fully seeded up ths year as are the holly. Why? Why more seed/fruit this year? The trees know it is going to be cold and they will be feeding more birds then normal. Just like the mast years for nut trees. Around about every 7 years the oaks and hickory will produce more nuts, why? Those trees know the coming weather. If you are not busy weaving your own magick, you are trapped in anothers spell. “It’s time you realized that you have something in you more powerful and miraculous than the things that affect you and make you dance like a puppet.” – Marcus Aurelius |
