Your first link simply says that 5G will be tested at military sites away from humans for experimental purposes to show how dangerous/weaponized it is. That is an example of Trump exposing 5G in a way that emphasizes national security. That is not an example of a civilian rollout of 5G.

Your second link relates to the Lockheed CEO envisioning what is possible with technology. It's not even about Trump.

Again, Trump has protected us from 5G rollouts for 4-years now. If Clinton were President, then Obama's rollouts would have happened circa 2017.
