These heavy little suckers retail for around $500. Both of them had burned out the fuse holders. (secondary side). I replaced the fuse holders with a more contemporary 30A circuit breaker and they worked perfectly. I gave one to a buddy for his electric forklift and I kept one for my golf cart. |

Quoting: Bush Master This is a good video on how to troubleshoot and repair old battery chargers. 6v or 12v DC. :electric: i like the older chargers. I had a new smart charger and that thing gave one error after another as to why it would not do its job on the car. I was given an older charger, hooked it up and it charged the battery just fine. I hate the new smart chargers - smart enough to figure out how not to do its job. |

A lot of the new stuff has security screws. For example, to clean the inside of my little space heater fans, which have become obstructed by lint and dust, I needed spanner-head drivers. |

I do not collect old junk except battery chargers, voltage regulators and solor radiation panels. Even speakers are easy to repair. |
