The DEA gave it back to Hunter's lawyer, but there has been no explanation why Hunter's psychiatrist had his laptop.
If the DEA found child porn on that computer they couldn't do anything about it since the evidence was seized illegally. The DEA probably told the FBI about the CP but the FBI just shrugged their shoulders and said we already know and we won't do anything about it.
