Here in Arizona we never change the clocks. We are on mountain time all the time.

I used to work night shift as a nurse, and this was a tough night. no extra pay for the extra hour... the rationale was that you would get it "made up" to you when you worked the spring clock change...

but what if you were off that night?

We went back to GMT/UTC last weekend.

It is crazy they fuck around with it in the UK seeing as GMT/UTC is the default used in the world and we don't stick to it ourselves.

Whatever the rationale was when it was implemented, it's no longer relevant.
It's just moronic bureaucratic inertia at this point.

I have to work tomorrow morning, i love the extra hour i can party, but lose some sleep as i have to wake up at 2am to change the clocks, so the hour really is not true.
