Franky I don't why small business owners aren't filing class actions around the country. They have undeniable losses, those losses were directly caused by various state governments and the decisions of various state officials. They will suffer more losses in the future and in many cases they will ultimately be driven out of business. I can't imagine how these business could lose the lawsuits since they can prove losses and that's pretty much the gold standard. You can sue on potential losses but if you can prove loss it's a lock legally. It's not just losses from virus restrictions either, the protests and riots and the absolutely criminal response to them by governments in many states and cities have undoubtedly led to losses. Legally, these businesses could even sue BLM themselves. Business owners need to get together, stand their ground and start suing.
