I was at a friends house tending a serious fall with injury she had and I noticed on her blaring TV something about him.. .But i had no idea until I got here and I still don't have any idea. Nothing on Fox online last I checked and I don't think Hannity et all on fox evening covered it. I got home about 6:30 from helping my friend...

Kobach spent forever looking for widespread voter fraud and brought a total of ZERO cases at the end of the day. With Trump's blessing. He was Trump's "find the fraud" guy before any of this was even a thing, all the way back at the beginning of this administration after the first time Trump lost the popular vote by millions and his ego couldn't stand the thought. He found no evidence of any such thing that he could present to the courts against any individual or organization. Zero cases.

Fast forward to 2020/2021. Trump and McConnell succeeding in packing the courts with so many far-right conservative judges, it's practically the only thing the Senate accomplished or cared about. All of the "evidence" of widespread fraud they could muster up off of sites like GLP was presented to those judges. They went like 1 for 60 on those cases and the only win was some judge saying observers could stand five feet away instead of ten feet away, and that it was moot anyway. They were scolded by more than one Trump-appointed judge for presenting nothing in the way of an argument based on either existing law or evidence supporting any of their claims.

The only places widespread fraud exists are on conspiracy-peddling sites and in Trump's narcissistic, losing-does-not-exist-in-my-reality head. If it existed anywhere else, you could bet your ass that the legit, respected, highly successful lawyers who have argued on behalf of past Republican Presidents would've taken it and made an actual legal argument to some court, somewhere, but that never happened, now did it? It didn't. It exists in the prayers and delusions of the faithful.

Either way it will be okay.
