Decriminalizing is not legalizing.
People who are caught with hard drugs have the choice to pay a fine or go to treatment. Not jail for possession.

And we are talking about what used to be felonies, now just a 100 dollar fine or treatment? What happens when the treatment centers are overcrowded? They have not prepared for this, not surprising considering who is in charge in this state. The centers are being funded through the state marijuana revenue. We can play the whatabouts, and whatifs game all day. Your title is misleading. I fixed it for you.
