February 2020 there were 6,691,607 Active voters, 7,700,637 registered voters

July 2020 there were 6,764,903 active voters, 7,748,541 registered voters

October 2020 jumps to 8.1 million active voters

Basically the same amount who mailed in ballots

So we are to believe that out of 10 million people 8.1 are of voting age?
