The media has always been biased, but news used to be reported separately from commentary and analysis. Now if you watch CNN or any of them, you see nothing but emotion and opinion. Exactly. Each state has to certify its own vote. This takes time. Some states may have Democrat Governors and Republican Congress or Vice Versa.
