A place for empaths struggling right now

Went to the astral this morning. Still an army of defenders, but Trump's chakras are getting low, all of them. I took them one by one, then flooded him with irridescent energy. I did what I could, I'm still only about 70% powered up from being sick, and have to keep some reserves till fully recovered.

He could use some more help if anyone has energy to spare.

I'm pouring everything I have into it and prayer.

I do now. Wasn't of much merit there for a few days/daze.

Troubling, vague energies are off the charts for me today. I seriously need to go into a prayer period tonight. Hoping it is simply my body screaming over being put back on the Keto wagon.
Anyone else edgy today ?

Body has been vibrating with energy since I woke up this morning.

I'm feeling calm today. I got miffed earlier, but that's all on me....heh, a little overly sensitive about something.

I meditated, posted that thread about that. Fairly quiet day.

Feels like any other day, but Friday. My days are still mildly screwy.

MIne too and it is with all the energy people on twitter I know...mine is very delightful, for others (who lock it up) not so much it seems.

Its been good for me today, but I'm used to ups and downs.

Some are good some bad.

Haven't been keeping up w/ this thread lately but wanted to relate last 24 hrs as per my experience.

Had a very strange dream last night and was still trying to make sense of it over first cup of coffee while pulling up my local news to check weather. Top story nearly made me drop my coffee cup since it was a mirror of my dream but just in a different location.

This afternoon went to town up road from me (not the big city) and it was like my skin was crawling. Almost like sitting in middle of thunderstorm and hair stands on end before lightning bolt hits nearby. Paid close attn to the country folks around me and couldn't discern any sort of bad vibes or anxiety in the air.

Was so glad to get home. Lit aromatherapy candle and ate dinner mulling over these two things.

Am starting to wonder if indeed timelines are converging and there's a bifurcation point just ahead.

When humanity needs to survive the most, communication is the least accessible. Yes, black humour is for sure. Alas, the ability to get away with it in our day and age is getting harder and harder. Unless you want screeching bansees yelling about your non-PC stance. WHich probably wouldn't help your PTSD at all. Black sarcasm is the most interesting form of humour really because it is instantaneous. Off the cuff, which means your mind is working. And using an old adage 'it's not true unless it makes you laugh, but, you have not understood it until it makes you cry' fits black sarcasm perfectly.

Wow I've been under major spiritual attack the past few days. Been waking up at 2 am. Hard to work and concentrate. Hurt my knee. Must mean I'm over the target, right?

There is no better time than the present to deal with those issues. Energy is and is going to be ripe and helpful to clear out the issues you're talking about.

As you probably already see, you NEED to get that worked out because until you do you are not going to be as effective for yourself and others....and perhaps look at the attack as a blessing, because it highlighted what you need to work on.

It can be amazing how much easier it is to clean up a spill on isle 3,571,642 in your noggin, when you find the silver lining of the dark cloud attack.

I am here to serve.....well, and have a good time when I can....but I came back here to serve and system bust. Indeed our subconsciousness's is one of the biggest systems that needs busting.

Jeebus, and I'm so happy I'm "back" to what I was before. That integration I recently did was an indescribably HUGE leg up for me. Seriously, this energy we're now in is highly conducive to clearing out old kwap and making room for what new comes our way.

You all, all of you, ask yourselves, "If I have negative crap in my subconscious, will I be able to know better when it comes?"
