POLL: Does each state print its own ballots? (if so, how can ALL USA ballots have these watermarks being talked about?)

Maybe each state is given paperstock that must be used for printing the ballots.

However, I read somewhere that each state has its own unique watermarks. (DON'T know if it's true or not, though!)

Delaware, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, and South Carolina will all vote without paper trails. That's in addition to eight other states that use paperless voting machines in some, but not all, counties.

I believe each state does print them, I can not say for certain. However, they may have been supplied with paper stock needed for the counting machines. I really hope it was the paper stock.

With this watermark stuff going around. It would not be needed to do all states only just enough to prove that the cheat happened.

Each state might print their own ballots, but they have to follow certain criteria set forth by the feds.

This year in GA we first entered votes on screen then it was printed and scanned into large holding bin. After that got my I voted sticker and left.

Same. There is definitely a paper trail.

Not true in Georgia... I voted in person. Once I was done voting using the touchscreen, a hard copy of my vote was printed off on 8x11.5 cardstock with a QR code. I then placed that cardstock sheet in a scanner, which validated it. So, there is a hardcopy of my vote in Georgia.

I did find it interesting that the hardcopy it printed off was on cardstock.

Not this year in NJ. All mail ballots. Normally yes - no receipt or paper trail.

I'm not buying the watermark story. It sounds like bull-shit to me. Even if it was true, why couldn't they just use official ballots to cheat? It's not like they were hard to come by. Several states sent millions of them to people that didn't live there, or were dead. (We call those people Democrat voters)

Maybe they rigged Diebold voting machines to spray the watermark onto the ballots, when possible.
