The way through the resistance in your heart is to become what it is resisting. "Meditate" on reason, education, science and technology, prosperity, and humanism. Do you like to listen to music? ever been moved by it - physically or emotionally - spontaneously felt like dancing or singing along, had tears come to your eyes or gotten goose bumps? fluidity, harmony in motion....
